Author Guidelines
Thank you for considering International Journal of Engineering Innovation and Systems (IJEIS) as a venue for your research publication. Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the journal scope.
1. Manuscript Scope
The journal accepts research articles, review papers, and applied studies related to:
- Electrical Engineering
- Intelligent Systems and Artificial Intelligence
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Automation and Control Systems
- Embedded and Smart Systems
- Renewable Energy and Sustainable Technologies
- Computer and Information Engineering
- Engineering Innovation and Applied Technologies
2. Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts in clear and concise English.
The manuscript should contain:
- Title
- Author(s) Name and Affiliation
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords)
- Introduction
- Research Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
3. Formatting Requirements
- Manuscript should be prepared using MS Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Paper size: A4
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 11 pt
- Line spacing: 1.15
- Margin: 2.5 cm on all sides
- Manuscript length: 6–15 pages
Authors are encouraged to use the journal template provided by the editorial team.
4. References
References should follow the IEEE citation style. Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant references, primarily from reputable international journals.
Example:
[1] A. Author, “Title of paper,” Journal Name, vol. 1, no. 1, pp. 1–10, 2025.
5. Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal submission system. Authors should ensure that the submitted manuscript is complete and follows the journal formatting guidelines.
6. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts are reviewed using a double-blind peer-review process. The editorial board will evaluate the manuscript based on originality, technical quality, scientific contribution, and relevance to the journal scope.
7. Publication Ethics
Authors must comply with publication ethics standards. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited. Manuscripts with significant plagiarism will be rejected immediately.
8. Open Access Policy
IJEIS is an open-access journal. All published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide.
9. Article Processing Charges (APC)
IJEIS does not charge any submission fees or article processing charges (APC). Publication in the journal is completely free of charge.
10. Copyright
Authors retain copyright of their published work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article.
