International Journal of Engineering Innovation and Systems (IJEIS) is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a plagiarism screening process prior to peer review.

The journal uses plagiarism detection software to check the originality of each submission. Manuscripts with a high similarity index or evidence of plagiarism, including direct copying, improper paraphrasing, or duplicate publication, will be immediately rejected or returned to the author for revision.

Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Verbatim copying of text without proper citation
  • Paraphrasing substantial parts of another work without acknowledgment
  • Reuse of previously published data, figures, or tables without permission
  • Self-plagiarism or redundant publication of the author’s own work without proper disclosure

Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality of their submitted work. Proper citation and acknowledgment of all sources must be provided in accordance with the journal’s referencing style.

The editorial board reserves the right to take appropriate actions in cases of detected plagiarism, which may include rejection of the manuscript, retraction of published articles, and notification to the authors’ affiliated institutions if necessary.
